International Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. We ship to most countries in the world. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries you can further inquire by e-mailing us at drd@breathcure.com to inquire about your particular country. When shipping internationally we usually ship via the postal service because it is significantly less expensive than using UPS international S&H which our web site defaults to. If you wish to get an accurate quote on the S&H fees via the postal service for an international order you merely have to e-mail us at drd@breathcure.com and provide a list of the items you wish to purchase and the country where the order is to be shipped to. When using the postal service for international orders please ignore the UPS S&H fees you will be quoted in the web store as these rates will be manually overridden by the person processing your order.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. If an order is originating from a foreign location where there is a known history or pattern of credit card fraud we may ask you to wire funds to us via Western Union, MoneyGram, or wire funds directly to our bank. Also depending upon the total value of an international order we may request that an initial order be paid via wired funds. If either if these situations arise we will inform you via e-mail. Lastly, we do not accept international money-orders.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. What is the return policy?
  Prior to returning any product Customer Service must be contact at 1-888-373-7403, 415-383-6038, or by e-mail at drd@breathcure.com. Once a parcel has been received by the purchaser no consumable products in that parcel can be returned due to safety, legal, and ethical reasons unless the product has been shown to be defective. Defective means the product is broken or damaged. If a product has been shown to be defective a replacement will be sent immediately. Some non-consumable devices have manufacturer’s warranties that will be honored and after contacting Customer Service these are returnable under the guidelines of the warranty policy.
