The best and preferable way to reorder products is to place your order online through our website at www.breathcure.com. It can be done anytime of the day and is much faster than calling in a phone order.
Orders can also be placed by leaving a voicemail toll free at 1-888-373-7403 or 1-415-383-6038, or e-mailing us at email@example.com.
If you choose to place orders online you should create an online account first. By doing this the web store will recognize you when you return to place a re-order and it will allow you access into the area of the web store where you can purchase products individually. We suggest doing this right away when you make an initial purchase from the web store. If you have previously purchased products from us but have not set up an online account you can create an account by going into the “My Account: link at the top right of the page and going into the new customer section. By doing this you will be able to sign in to the reorder section of our store which allows you to order any products in whatever quantity you desire. You will not see "Kits" in this section of the store only individual products. We do recommend ordering these products in quantity because there will be considerable saving in your S&H fees.
Once you set up your online account, using the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of the page, your online status is not automatically updated. We will need to manually update your account. This is usually done a couple of times a day unless you request us to do it right away for you via e-mail or telephone call.
After your online account has been upgraded by us you can then go back to the web site store and sign-in using the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of the page. You will need to sign in as a Returning Customer. The Re-Order Category will now be visible to you on the left hand side of the page. The link is titled “Re-Order Products”.
