Once a parcel has been received by the purchaser no consumable products in that parcel can be returned due to safety, legal, and ethical reasons unless the product has been shown to be defective. Defective means the product is broken or damaged. If a product has been shown to be defective a replacement will be sent immediately. Some non-consumable devices have manufacturer’s warranties that will be honored and after contacting Customer Service these are returnable under the guidelines of the warranty policy.
